I am the People and Culture Manager at Causeway, although I work across all things HR my main focus is in recruitment and employee well being. 

I have worked for Causeway for over 6 years. I started working in our front line services and loved supporting our services users and helping them find strength and independence. Now I enjoy hiring the right people for the job and supporting existing employees as they support our service users.
