Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Hello! My name is Amy Bond, and I joined Causeway back in 2015, working in our Modern Slavery Safehouses. Since that point, I have worked as the Head of People & Culture, shaping the way that we support our People, and now I'm the Chief Operating Officer. As COO, I oversee our Modern Slavery Services, Criminal Justice Services, Service Assurance and People and Culture teams, to ensure that our staff and service users have the best experience possible, when coming into contact with Causeway.
