Helen joined Causeway as our Chief Executive in November 2023. She is passionate about social change and ensuring we place our Service Users at the heart of everything we do. Helen is wholly committed to raising the profile of our work supporting survivors of modern slavery and criminal exploitation and is determined to play her part in ensuring our voice and the voices of the people we support are heard, to enable change and better outcomes for survivors.

Helen’s role is to provide strategic leadership for Causeway, set our forward multi-year Strategy that we all work towards and ensure we build lasting and effective relationships with potential delivery partners, donors, influential figures and our peers in the Charity Sector.

Helen works very closely with our Board of Trustees ensuring they provide effective and strong governance for Causeway and her door is always open for anyone in the team who may want to share ideas or just have a coffee.
