As the Head of People and Culture it is my job to ensure that Causeway is a positive and supportive place to work, as well as ensuring the whole employee journey is a great one. 

As part of the People and Culture team, we oversee everything related to the employee experience - from EDI, recruitment, learning and development, employee wellbeing,  ensuring that our workplace is inclusive, and employees feel valued. 

It is essential that in order for our employees to provide excellent support to our service users, our staff must have the tools, resources and support to provide that standard of excellence. 

I have worked for Causeway since 2016 and my own employee journey at Causeway has been an amazing experience, and I strongly believe that your workplace should have a positive impact on you and your life.
