Who are Causeway?
Causeway is a modern slavery and crime reduction charity – supporting, empowering and creating change for marginalised and vulnerable people.
Our team of nearly 200 staff work with over 2,000 individuals each year across our services, supporting them to recover from trauma and develop safe and fulfilling futures. We also drive impact and advocacy nationally through research, campaigning and strategic partnerships.
As one of the biggest providers of adult modern slavery survivor support in the UK, our services include safe houses, outreach support, and signposting into education and employment.
Our crime and violence reduction services aim to create safer communities for everyone by preventing or breaking cycles of offending.
Our programmes include deferred prosecution schemes, domestic abuse prevention courses, restorative justice, and violence reduction support.
Working for us
Causeway would be nothing without the passion, dedication, and expertise of its wonderful staff!
Each day, our employees make a genuine and tangible difference to people’s lives, and in return we want to ensure our employees thrive.
To make sure working at Causeway is a rewarding and positive experience, we ensure all our employees have the necessary training and support they need to carry out their roles effectively, and that everyone feels safe and supported, with a genuine work/life balance.
